We are always trying to move forward in our training, grow, tackle our obstacles of mind and body.That is where the name Momentum came to mind; a forward motion and a constant push.As a simple definition- the positive energy and progress that builds over time as you work towards your goals. thats Momentum!

Our spacious 1,100 sq. ft. studio, ideal for classes, workshops, and events.

A more intimate studio, perfect for private lessons and small rehearsals.
